Colin M. Angle
Chairman, CEO and Founder
Colin M. Angle, a co-founder of iRobot, has served as chairman of the board since October 2008, as chief executive officer since June 1997, and prior to that, as our president since November 1992. He has served as a director since October 1992. As a co-founder and chief executive officer, Colin provides a critical contribution to the board of directors with his detailed knowledge of the Company, our employees, our client base, our prospects, the strategic marketplace and our competitors. Colin previously worked at the National Aeronautical and Space Administration’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he participated in the design of the behavior controlled rovers that led to Sojourner exploring Mars in 1997. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, both from MIT.

Alison Dean
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer
Alison Dean has served as our executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and principal accounting officer since April 2013. Alison previously served as our senior vice president, corporate finance from February 2010 until March 2013. From March 2007 until February 2010, Alison served as our vice president, financial controls & analysis. From August 2005 until March 2007, Alison served as our vice president, financial planning & analysis. From 1995 to August 2005, Alison served in a number of positions at 3Com Corporation, including vice president and corporate controller from 2004 to 2005 and vice president of finance - worldwide sales from 2003 to 2004. Alison holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Boston University. Alison also serves on the Board of Directors of Everbridge, Inc., the global leader in critical event management and enterprise safety applications.
Russell J. Campanello
Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications
Russell J. Campanello has served as our executive vice president, human resources and corporate communications since February 2014. Russ previously served as our senior vice president, human resources and corporate communications from July 2013 until February 2014. From November 2010 until July 2013, Russ served as our senior vice president, human resources. Prior to joining iRobot, Russ served as senior vice president, human resources and administration at Phase Forward, Inc. from April 2008 until September 2010. Russ previously served as senior vice president of human resources and marketing at Keane, Inc., a business process and information technology consulting firm, from September 2003 to October 2007. Prior to Keane, Russ served as chief people officer at NerveWire, Inc. from August 2000 to February 2003. Prior to NerveWire, he served as senior vice president, human resources at Genzyme Corp. from November 1997 to July 2000. Earlier in his career, Russ spent nine years as vice president of human resources at Lotus Development Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
Keith Hartsfield
Chief Product Officer
Keith Hartsfield joined iRobot in September 2019 as executive vice president and chief product officer. Prior to iRobot, Keith served in multiple executive roles at HP, Inc. from 2014-2019, including vice president of the Z workstation products, vice president of mobility products and workflow transformation, and vice president of mobility products. Prior to HP, he served as COO for Green Edge Technologies, an IoT startup focused on energy management and home automation. Earlier in his career he held a variety of executive roles with Motorola and Nokia. Keith holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in electrical engineering and applied physics from Case Western Reserve University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Purdue University. He also serves on the board of Intellecy, Inc., an IoT startup focused on water management and leak detection in the home and has been awarded several U.S. patents.
Chris Jones
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Chris Jones is our chief technology officer. He has 20 years of experience in robotics research and development across academia, government, and industry. At iRobot, Chris' responsibilities are centered on long-term technology planning and strategy and fostering strategic partnerships to advance the state-of-the-art in practical robotics. Prior to joining iRobot in 2005, Chris was involved in robotics research and development at the Center for Robotics and Embedded Systems at the University of Southern California, the Artificial Intelligence Lab at the University of Zurich, the Intelligent Systems and Robotics Center at Sandia National Laboratories, and the Robotics Research Lab at Texas A&M University. Chris received his Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and his B.S. in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
